# Import

You will rarely need this page.

Import copies content in from an old WordPress website: its posts, its pages,
its photos.

It is a moving-in job. If you had an older website, we ran this when we built
yours, and it is done.

Go to **Admin**, then **Import**, and the screen asks for a key or a web
address from a WordPress site. There is nothing to fill in.

:::caution[Warning]
An import drops a pile of new entries into your website in one go. Old prices,
old offers, pages that were never meant to come across.

Nothing on this screen undoes an import. Taking it back out means opening every
new entry and moving it to Trash by hand.

Tell us the web address and what you want kept. We will bring it across, tidy
it up, and show you before any of it is published.
