Why there is no Themes screen, and where your site's look is set.
There is no Themes screen in your admin panel. You will not find one in the menu.
A theme is a whole look for a website, made by somebody else. Your website does not use one. Its look is set on your own Appearance page instead.
Go to Plugins, then Appearance. It sits in the Site Layout group. There you pick a style, a palette of colors, light or dark, and a pair of fonts. Appearance shows how, and Step 3: Choose your colors shows every palette side by side.
If an old link or bookmark takes you to a theme store address, the panel says browsing is no longer available. Nothing is broken.
Contact support
Contact us if you want your website to look different, and the Appearance page cannot get you there. A new front page, a fresh set of photos, a change to a part we built by hand.
Tell us what feels wrong about it now. That is usually a small change.
